Dealer couldn't locate me a 2015 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate pkg in the color I wanted so we are going for a 2016. What are the current numbers and incentives for 2016 Santa Fe 2.0T Sport AWD with Ultimate pkg. 12000mi/yr 36mo lease. Thanks

are they different for the 2.0T trim? If yes, could you post the numbers for them too? I just realized i posted for GLS but this model does not have that trim.

Can you tell me if this is a good deal on a 2016 AWD Santa Fe sport 2.0T with ultimate pkg msrp $38920. Agreed on price $37541, rebates $1250 12000 mi/yr 36 month lease. Monthly payment including 7% state tax is 489/mo. Thanks

Money factor .00095

I get about $458/mo.+tax, so the calculations look good. .00095 is the base money factor for this model.

Money factor .00095
I get about $458/mo.+tax, so the calculations look good. .00095 is the base money factor for this model.

What's happening to Hyundai? Noticing their sale prices taking a dive this month. Know someone who just got new fully loaded '16 Turbo AWD with Ultimate package for a little over $31000 in mid west. What a difference one month can make.

How does this sound.. I still have a year left on my 2012 Santa Fe limited lease. Stopped by a dealer today and dealer agreed to take back the 2012 and give me a 3 yr lease at 12k miles/yr for 450 a month for a SantaFe sport AWD with tech package (navi). taxes titles and fee included in the 450 with no money down. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not enough information. We need to know:

Payoff of current lease - you can get this from Hyundai finance
Current trade in value of 2012 Santa Fe - head over to the "Real World Trade in Values" discussion for expert help
MSRP of 2015 Santa Fe
Selling Price of 2015 Santa Fe

Dealer is probably rolling in any negative equity from the 2012 lease into the new 2015 lease, resulting in the $450/mo payment.

Hard to tell if this is a good deal or not, but I'm guessing probably not.

MSRP of 2015 Santa Fe: 35,745
Selling Price of 2015 Santa Fe: MSRP... I admit BIG newbie mistake I made.

First dealership quoted me at 3,995 down and 589/mo. payment! I said thank you and walked out.

Second dealer (current quote) 0 down 450/mo. taxes, title fee included.

I admit I made a big mistake not negotiating the selling price. That will be discussed today. Edmunds gives me a TMV of 33,951. I will use 31k as a starting point in negotiations. Lets say hypothetical we agree on a price of 33k. How do I proceed from there factoring in my current lease, which they said they will take over? How does it all tie in?

"Take over" has many meanings. If you are indeed $7000 upside down, that alone will add almost $200 to the lease payment ($7000/36). Your current lease obligation doesn't go away .. the $20K payoff must be made. Unless the dealer is giving you way more than trade value, I don't see how they can get to $450/mo on the new lease.

Then again, they'll say almost anything to get you into the dealership and fall in love with the new car, at which point logic goes out the window and emotions take over.

Which engine are you looking at for the new Santa Fe? 2.0T or 2.4? Lease numbers are different.

I'm looking for the residual and money factor for a 2016 Santa Fe Sport AWD 2.0T Ultimate package. Also, since it's almost the end of the month, is it better to wait till November to see anything changes for the better? Right now, I was able to see a $750 value owner coupon (which i qualify for) and a $500 Retail Cash bonus.

Curious if this is a decent deal, though it seems they may have a higher msrp as this does not mention the ultimate package.
