Does anyone have the money factor and residual value for a 2016 IS 350 12K/36month lease. I am looking at a F sport with Nav. I have a dealer offering the following. Is this a good deal?

MSRP: $49,433
Offer Price: $44,580
$0 at signing
RV: $31,637
MF: .001
Monthly: $498

    .00100 MF and 65% residual. Complimentary 1st payment

    If the offer price is also the CAP cost, I get $422/mo.+tax.

    But, you probably have an acquisition fee and other costs. Ask for the Net or adjusted CAP cost.

    Hi guys, i just lease a an IS 350 Fsport with nav, bsm, mark levision 3 days ago. here what i got. Please let me know if it a good deal. I live in San Jose, California. My zip code is 95148
    MSRP 4943
    Selling price : 44209
    Residual : 32131
    MF : 0.00105
    Down payment : 3000
    Rebate : 1500
    Payment : 370 including tax.
    Lease term 36mo/10k miles


    I dont know if this is a good deal because they told me this is 2300 back to invoice but one of my friend just leased one and the selling price she got was 43090 with the same residual and everything. Please let me know, thanks !

    What is the net cap cost, once you factor in the incentives, down payment and fees?

    We normally don't recommend a down payment on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

    .00110 MF and 60%/59% residual. $2600 lease cash + complimentary 1st payment.
    Residuals are good through September.
    The rest of the program runs through August 1st.

    Could I get the residual value and MF for a 2016 Lexus IS 350 F SPORT? This is for Northern California on a 36 month and 24 month lease at 12,000 miles.
