I'm within a $1 or so of those numbers, so the deal looks solid. Only way to improve on it is to get a bigger discount from sticker before applying the fees and rebates.

Do you know if Ford is offering an "Early Bird" lease turn in deal starting Jan 1st? I was told during my lease negotiations that I could turn in my Ford Focus lease which expires April 8 2016. However after negotiating a lease deal and contacting the dealer today, I was told Ford currently doesn't offer the "Early Bird" deal on the Ford Focus.

Thanks. I just got the quote and they are running it a 1.75% APR, which matches what the ford website numbers calculate down to. Is this usually negotiable? I have top line credit.

How much below MSRP can I expect for a 2015 model.

Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit; the numbers we quote are for top line credit.

We don't track selling prices - use the "make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools.

I just got an offer on a 2015 Energi SE Luxury just Nav option.

    MSRP $36,320
Total Fees with Wear/tear protection plan $2,200.00
    Rebates (including conquest) -$11,007.00
    Discount on MSRP offered -$2,536.00
    Adjusted Cost $24,977.00
End of Lease Buyout (40%) $14,528.00
    Base Rental (3yr 36K, 0.25% APR) $11,232.97
    36 payments $295 + Tax

I was asking for extra $1200 discount for $260 + Tax.... was it too much to ask for a 2015 model last car on lot?
The guy hung up on me very frustrated.

apparently he may be close to what the lowest they would go because another dealer gave me almost exact price as rock bottom.

Not only does southeast never have best rebates ($3000 more in north east) the dealers here are so spoilt. I wish there was a way the northeast Dealers would allow the $3K extra rebate to Florida residents

maudlin2001, I ended up leasing a 2016 fusion energi recently - but noted the larger chains (i.e. Autonation dealers) advertise 2015 models at significant discounts - I wonder if the larger chains may be more willing to take a smaller profit (or loss) to move older product. Also, I found the difference in residuals from 2015 and 2016 models can make the payments somewhat similar, assuming you can get a significant discount. My guess is wear and tear insurance is not a good value. Great car - combined with fuel savings turns out to be a nice value. Good luck.

    Congrats ec1.

I have a final quote on a 2015 Energi SE (36K MSRP) for 35 payments of $309 with wear and tear included with lease end buyout of 14.5K. Going to pick up this week.

I like the idea that they take care of tires and stains dings, which I read some horror stories on how Southeast Toyota treats you in you dont stay with them after the lease.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I did infact get the 2015 Energi SE (36K MSRP) for 35 payments of $305 with excess wear and tear included. Thanks for your help Michaell and kyfdx.

Anybody has an opinion on the residual of 14.5K for a 36K MSRP car in 3 years? I think it does open up a great option for me to buy the car after three years if gas prices go back up which should improve the residual.

The residual is the residual .. fixed by the bank.

Now, the value of the car may be higher at the end of the lease if, as you hope, gas prices go up.

You'll still be able to buy the car for the agreed upon residual value.

Oops yes, I meant the market value or car being much higher than the lease end purchase price.

Do you know the MF and RV on the 2016 Fusion Energi Titanium? 36/12 and 36/10.5, thank you. $9007 lease cash makes it seem pretty attractive.

Also, could you tell me the Ford Finance acquisition fee? thanks

    45% / 46% and .50%.

The big lease cash is offset by the dismal residual value.
