    Based on the 58% residual and .00070 which he confirmed, I was calculating the net cap cost at approx $38k. But I will confirm tomorrow.

    A supplier code? Or an employee code? Different prices for each.

    I believe you can beat the supplier price with some shrewd negotiating, but the employee price is pretty much as good as it gets.

        Money Factor- .00115

    39 x 10k miles:
        Residual 59% - 
        Money factor - .00070

    What should my monthly payments be for both sle-1 and sle-2

    Given an MSRP of $52k and selling price of $47k (incl options and $895 destination fee), can you provide an estimated lease payment (if $0 out-of-pocket at signing)?

    Finally, about what date do these terms typically change in the coming month (July)?

    Using your prices, I get $518/mo for 36 months, and $508/mo for 39 months. Before tax. GM numbers expire today.

    On a 2016 Acadia Denali, I just got quoted the following on a vehicle with an MSRP of $50,914.00 discounted to $40,731.00 per the GMC Independence Day Event. Of course GMC won't do a lease on it, but I found a dealer that would help me get the 20% discount and facilitate a lease. Here is the rough quote. Can anyone tell me how this looks?

    Res 53% / 12K Miles / 36 Months - $600 / mo.
    He estimated MF of .00179 as the highest and said my good credit should bring it down.

    $600/mo seems like a big payment for a $51k SUV.

    What state is this?

    It's my understanding that the 20% off promotion is strictly for purchases. Be wary.
