I was able to negotiate a cap cost or price to $56848 on a $60, 858 MSRP for 2017 E300 sedan. I am told that the MF is .00139 and the residual value is 62% on 10K/36. Can you please confirm that? Now as far the payments go, my calculation shows $750 but the dealer is showing me $852. Not sure where the discrepancy? The sales tax is 8.5%, the doc and registration is $520. I can't pin point where is the difference. Can you please help?

I also read somewhere that if you do multiple MSDs (multi security deposits) along with direct deposit/payment, the MF can be brought down to almost 0.0008. And this is refundable at the end of the lease? Is that true?

.00139 MF and 62% residual is correct.

I get $662/mo.+tax
Did you account for the $795 acquisition fee? (maybe marked up to $1095?)
IF $56,848 is the selling price, then ask for the adjusted CAP cost. When that number turns out to be different (and, it will), ask for an accounting of the difference, and question charges that you don't understand or for items you didn't ask for.

Thank you. Yes the acquisition fee is $795. The new price on what I like and can get is $53000 for a $58,565 MSRP. Would you be kind enough to show me what the various calculations would be on a 10K/36 month lease with MF .00139 and 62% residual please. We have 8.5% tax and about 560 the doc fee and CA registration. I would really appreciate it.

$611/mo.+tax = $663/mo. (that is with $795 acq.fee rolled in)

Due at signing is 1st payment + $560 registration

Hello, Very new to the leasing process. I am looking at a 2017 E300 with MSRP at $60835.00 with p1 pkg, pano roof, AMB cladding etc., with sale price of $54348. The MF is .00139 and 62% residual. Based on all these numbers my monthly with tax is $692.82 and $1200 driver off with 1st month pmnt.

Or 017 E300 with MSRP at $58845.00 with p1 pkg, pano roof, AMB cladding etc., with sale price of $52700 (approx). The MF is .00139 and 62% residual. Based on all these numbers my monthly with tax is $650.00 and $1155.00 driver off with 1st month pmnt.

Are these good deals?

I confirm the .00139 MF and 62% residual for 36/10.

Using your prices, I get $590/mo before tax for the first car and $574/mo before tax for the second.

What state and tax rate is this?

And, confirm the adjusted cap cost of both - if higher than your selling price, find out what charges have been added.

Also one other correction , the Sale price for the first car is 54848 and not 54348. The selling price for the second one is $53000. Had an error earlier.

You'll have to ask the dealer what the prices include or exclude ... we don't know that from the information you've provided.
