Hello, this site has been insanely helpful over the years and I thank you all for that.
Unfortunately I can't seem to find the answer to my question. There are a till a good amount of challenger scat pack shakers left and it seem like that vehicle has worse residuals then a scat pack without shaker.
But I have received money factors and residuals that have been all over the place. Does anyone have the money factor and residual on a 16 scat pack with shaker for 36/12?
Thank you

Is this the 392 Scat Pack Shaker?
Standard MF of .00200 or so and 59%.
Yes 392 scat pack shaker. Thank you for the information .
I just wanted to confirm if the following MF and RV for a 2016 SXT (12,000/year, 36 month lease, Ft. Lauderdale Florida 33316) has not changed: .00099 and 57% Thanks

R/T Plus 36/10 - .00116 and 58%
MF is marked up the max (.00042) on your quote.
59% is the 36/10 residual on the R/T (not R/T Plus) - confirm with the dealer
Using the (incorrect) numbers you've provided, I get $337/mo before tax. MF bump is costing you $20/mo; 58% residual takes the pre-tax payment to $325/mo.
Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is ... probably some fees and such added in to the net cap cost.
Thanks @Michaell ! They have adjusted the deal now to the below, I think it might be decent deal now? Still the same money factor - I did mistakenly give Rockville MD to you as the zip, however; I learned it is actually based off where you register the vehicle which is Baltimore 21231.
MSRP: $40065.00 Selling price: $31711 Destination Fee: $995 Taxes: $2100.41 Dealer Process: $300 36 month term/ 10,000 miles Residual: .58 Rate: .00158 Total out of pocket $3300 + $350 (first month) Monthly payment: $350 (Includes three year maintenance)

I get $322/mo with those numbers - confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer. If it's higher than the selling price you've given me, find out what has been added.
I have figured out what they have done - Sales person said early in the negotiations they would "throw in a 3 year maintenance" program. On a 30k lease, if you think about it, that's realistically just 9 oil changes (every 3k) at $100 each or $900. $350-322 = 28 ... 28 x 36mnths = $1,008.
Why they gave me the "tier 2" credit MF when I told them my credit score they haven't let me know but said "I must know someone who works in a dealership because that's (.00116) the buy rate" . Haha
Either way, to me this is a dishonest dealership so they won't get my business.

Voting with your feet is always effective. Lots of dealers to choose from - only takes one to meet your numbers.
I am in Fort Myers, FL (33908). I'm looking at 2016 Challenger R/T Scat Pack with an MSRP of $48,005. I am looking to lease for 36 months with 10,000 miles per year. I will be buying the car out at the end of the lease, so I don't mind making a down payment to lower the monthly payments...possibly $2,500 to $5,000 down. What is the MF and residual for this month? What should I expect to pay for the lease on this car? I should qualify for the highest tier of financing since my credit is in the 800s.

Standard MF and 59% residual.
If you want to own the car, probably a lot cheaper in the long run to just buy it. Seems like a 2016 model should be pretty cheap by now.
Can't calculate a payment without a proposed selling price.

Thank you for the reply...what's considered a standard MF? Could you calculate a payment based on the MSRP just as a worst case scenario?

"Standard" money factor for Chrysler Capital varies from month-to-month. Last time we saw it, it was .00213
If you paid full MSRP, then $709/mo.+tax, assuming all other costs are paid upfront.
Went to a dealer yesterday. With a selling price of $40,000 (msrp of $48,000) and $3,000 down, they offered a payment of $647 per month. That seemed high to me for a 2016 leftover scat pack...do you agree?

I'd confirm if the $40K price is valid for a lease.

2016 r/t scat pack msrp $45,370 sale price $38,370 36 months 10k miles mf .0012 residual 57% monthly payment $399
The Chrysler numbers for this model are standard MF (around .00200) and 59% - could be a third party bank, given the discount from sticker. Were there incentives involved?
That said, when I plug those numbers into my calculator, I get $425/mo - before tax.
Was there any money due at signing? If so, how much?

Don't know about the Scat Pack model, but looks like $2000 incentive on other 2016 Challengers.
I wouldn't be surprised that you could make a good deal on a 2016 model. Just watch out for those upfront amounts. Make sure there aren't any garbage charges or fees.

also, not sure if you can answer this, but in general is it better to wait for the 2017 and hope for higher residuals or get a discounted 2016?
