.00114 MF; same residuals.

Adding maintenance does not impact the residual. However, we've had differing information about the maintenance - some dealers add it to the MSRP, which means it's residualized. Other dealers don't. YMMV

We don't have the actual money factor for this model, other than it's listed as "Standard".
I will guess that both of those numbers are marked up from the base number, but can't be certain. Most likely, they are counting on an S-Class convertible customer as not being price-sensitive.

Dealership is telling me MF for 36/12 is .00111 Tier 1. Are they marking up the rate? That's almost 50bps. What is the typical MF mark up? I'm getting a 2017 MSRP $119,615 for $102,274 including fleet discount.

Third car from dealership and I'd be pissed if they're marking up rate that much.

Thanks. On the actual rate i thought I calculated almost 50bps. He's giving me a residual of 50%. 3yrs/12,000 miles.

The 36/10 lease numbers for the S550 RWD are .00086 and 51%

Would need to know both the MSRP and the adjusted cap cost (with all fees and taxes rolled in) in order to figure the payment.

MSRP is $112,000. Taxes in TX are 6.25% about $250 of fees. I am not sure if there is tax credits or not. If you can figure out with and without the sales tax I would appreciate.
