Car Buying Advice - Need MF and RV for 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD SE Ultimate in SoCal

Hi, I am looking into leasing 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD in SE Ultimate trim for 12 K miles but not sure whether to go for 24 mo or 36 mo. Located in SoCal, Zip code 90028. Would appreciate if someone can assist with info on the Money Factor (MF) and Residual Value (RV) for both 24 mo and 36 mo. Do the MF and RV change a lot for the FWD variants? Thanks

    .00010 MF and 62% residual. $3500 lease cash
    .00040 MF and 54% residual. $2500 lease cash

    FWD numbers are not as good.

    Can you pls give me the MF and RV for FWD also, for 24 and 36 months. There aren't any AWD version cars in the dealership anymore.

    Hello, mf, residual and lease cash on 2017 santa fe se awd zip, 68138. Also, is lease cash applied after making your best deal? New to leasing and not sure how that works. Can I get same info on a 2018 as well. Thank you.

    36/12: .00033 MF and 55% residual. $3250 lease cash

    Assume any price the dealer offers already includes the incentive. Or, when they give you the price, ask them if that's included.

    2018 Santa Fe SE AWD 36/12
    .00052 MF and 59% residual
    $500 lease cash
