    Hello!
    hoping I could get a rough estimated monthly payment with the following info: ATS 2.0 luxury. 36/12. MSRP 45535, sale price after discounts and rebates 40156. I am planing on paying any upfront fees and first month payment out of pocket. After 8% tax on the monthly payment can I get an idea of payment using current residuals and MF? Thanks in advance guys!

    If $40,156 is the adjusted CAP cost, then $482/mo.+8% tax = $521/mo.

    It's a car that is put into service as a dealership loaner. It is never titled and is discounted to reflect mileage General Motors has three tiers for different mileage.

    I don't know if it qualifies for the new car lease, and the residual would definitely be lower to account for the mileage.

    Is it $399/mo, with just $399 due at signing? If so, that's cheap for a 24 month lease on a $46K MSRP vehicle.

    They want $1300 due at signing and I'm not sure why it seems all the taxes/fees are worked into the payment already. It is able to be leased as it isn't titled and is considered a new vehicle "demo".

    Ask them for a breakdown of the $1300. Looks like the acquisition and all other fees are in the lease.

    That's what I'm going to do when it's ready to come out of the program in a month or so. Hopefully incentives get a little bit better on them in July or August then I won't have to put anything down. Do they usually run stackable incentives those months?

    almost closed on this deal today.
    2017 Cadillac Ats.sedan 2.0 awd moon roof and floor mats. its a base model.
    msrp $39,850 cap $36,975 MF .00011 RV 64% 24/12 lease $2996 out of pocket.$350 a month
    how does this deal look. thanks guys

    Not bad for a 24 month lease..
    You might do a little better on 27 months.. residual is just 2% lower.
    Might save $20-$25/mo.

    I feel like I could do better since others are discounting $3K to $4K off msrp. Thoughts from the group?
