Dealer is offering $600 including taxes zero down for 12000miles 36 month lease for Q5 premium navigation convenience package MSRP49000 is it a good deal?

    looking for some info for Chicago 60622

    2018 lease 36/10 MF residual 
    looking at 10-11% reduction from MSRP
    dont want to put money down but willing to put deposit 

    q5 premium plus
    q5 prestige
    sq5

    thoughts? Trying to decide lease or buy

    Residuals are fixed by the bank.

    Money factors are negotiable, if they have been marked up from the base rate. The base rate is the lowest you can get.

    what is the base rate for a 2018 q5 prestige in Chicago and if I went through a separate bank to do the lease do they negotiate the residual?

    Also is Residual calculated off of MSRP or Actual negotiated vehicle cost ?
