.00152 and 55% (36/10) and 61% (24/10 - we think; don't have the specific numbers for 24 months yet, but generally 6% higher than 36 months)

I had thought 750 would have residual value than the 740 (Mercedes has different residuals for S560 and S460 so i thought BMW would have different numbers too based on 8 versus 6 cylinder engines). I will use 53% for 750i in my lease calc for 750i.

Can I please get the MF and Res for 2018 740i (RWD) for Southern CA for a 24 Month and also 36 month leases, 10K miles/yr. Also any incentives and is there a sweet spot for the lease? The dealer is taking $16K of MSRP.

That would be an amazing discount on a 2018 model.
We don't have incentive information.
36 months is the best term.

Yes I am surprised as well. Selling Price with Rebate 77,795 on a MSRP of 96,915. I am getting a 3 yr lease quote of $6K due at signing with $850/mo (Includes Tax). Thanks for the info. I will let you know where I end up. The car is loaded w lots of options.

Why put up $3000 on a lease? Limit the up front cash to just the first payment and registration costs - you'll have a higher payment, but you won't be at risk of losing that money if the car is stolen or totaled.

And, it seems odd that they want $3000 from you and a $2000 rebate, but the total cash required is $6000?

$3000 as cash cap reduction doesn't necessarily mean they only want $3000 upfront. That's just what's left over after upfronts are paid for. It's possible they want $4000 upfront.

I am in the process of leasing a 2018 M760xi. Here are the details and I wanted to make sure the components of this lease are accurate. Thank you in advance for all your help.

Selling price: $148234.00

36 mo and 7500 miles per year
Total payment due: first month only
payment $2191.05

Wheel and Tire has been quoted to me for $2945....which is a lot higher than what I have paid in the past for leased BMWs ($1200-1500).

I'd skip the wheel and tire coverage, but, I've never had to buy tires in that size before.

Thank you Michael. They are taking my current lease back with three months left, in order to take advantage of tax credit. I’m in a 6% tax state but with the trade in the tax appears to be $4793.94
i got very similar numbers to yours so I don’t know where the hidden fees are that are accounting for the gap between your calculated price and what was quoted by dealer.

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, then reconcile that with the selling price. Should become clear, then.

Is it true that if you presently have a lease with multiple security deposits (MSD) on an existing 750li lease, BMW will allow you to use those MSDs against a new lease to a lower MF (dropping from 0.00152 to 0.00103)? A local BMW salesman told me this but want to see if others have heard this offer?

It's true you can roll over MSDs from a previous lease to a new one, but the per MSD drop in the residual is now just .00005 (was .00007 before).

Net MF would then be .00117

Hello Michael, I noticed that another user just got 10% off on an m760 which is a fantastic deal, my question is do you think based on your knowledge do you think I can find a dealer to give me 10% off on a 180k msrp m760 bmw individual special order (looking for estoril blue with 21 wheels)?? or is that completely unrealistic, Thank you in advance!!
