    Base/XLT is the trim.
    48%/50% residual for Base/XLT for 36/12
    0.50% APR
    $3875 lease cash.

What state is this for? The Ford lease numbers are regional.

How much is due at signing? That's different from down payment.

    0.50% APR and 49% residual
    $3875 lease cash
If that "NET" is the adjusted CAP cost, then I get $349/mo.+tax, which should be around $380/mo.
So, yeah... $425/mo. seems kind of high.

Net CAP and adjusted CAP should be the same thing.
But, in this case, they aren't.
As you can see, they've deducted the discounts from the MSRP.
But, since you have ZERO out of pocket, there should be other amounts added, like the acquisition fee, DMV fees, dealer fees, first payment.

So, the actual adjusted CAP cost has to be higher than that $28,300 number.
That's the number you want from them. And, an itemization of why it differs from $28,300. That's where all the crap gets added to your deal.

Also, considering the amount of lease cash on this vehicle, $4500 off doesn't seem like a great deal.

Using those numbers, I get a payment of $358/mo plus tax; if the tax rate is 9%, then the dealer quote is spot on.

If this is truly a sign and drive, looks to be a good deal.

We don’t track pricing – use the “make / model / year” tabs at the top of the page to link to the Edmunds price tools.
