2018 Lexus ES 300h Lease MF & residual

Hello,

I did a custom order of a 2018 Lexus ES 300H to lease.
This exact build lexus.us/2mFKrxM .

MSRP is showing $46,910.

Can you please tell me the MF and residual value for 24/10 and 36/10 in Southern California?

After getting these values what are the best ways to negotiate with the dealer? Also, how do I find these values myself?
