    Last Q: Where do these numbers come from? My dealer is offering me a MF of .00098, despite having an excellent credit score. What gives?

    They are the base rates from Volvo Finance.

    Dealers can markup the rate for extra profit.

    Seriously, we don't know. But, the money factor is fairly low, now.
