I saw your figures provided to songshan on 11/28/2018; it does look like monster discounts are needed to make the lease viable.

I'm looking to lease a TourX Essence, 10k miles, 36 months, ZIP 33912.

However, would the lease factors on 2019 be better/more favorable than with a 2018?

I just got back from my local Buick dealership, and they quoted me at $607 for a sign-and-drive 36k month/12k mile lease on a TourX Essence... no way, thank you very much....

@Michaell, I know this is the wrong forum to ask, but just to throw it out there, since the lease factors on the TourX (2018 and 2019) are so bad, are the lease factors ANY better on a 2019 Regal GS, for example?

Thank you... I think I'll cross Buick off my list for the time being! Need to lease a fun-to-drive car at some point in 2019, and prefer leases in the $300 range, walk-out. I'll keep hunting....

Actually visited a dealer in NJ yodto and he said they are no longer offering a lease program on the TourX anymore. They are only spelling the cars.
