Technology - A5 is better.
Driving - 440i is better.

430i is ok ok.

not sure about the service and maintenance though or the reliability.

MSRP is $48,695. Actually I found the same car listed for $45,135, but given the given the lease credit and invoice price, I will likely be able to get it at $44,345 (1,000 over invoice price, plus lease credits.) Can you please share the lease price if no money down for those two prices? with and without max multiple security deposits?

No.. I didn't factor in MSDs. The programs aren't national anymore, and no way to know if they are available in your area. If so, .00035 reduction would knock $25-$30/mo off the payment.

No.. the destination fee is part of the price.
The acquisition fee is a lease specific fee charged by the bank.

If I use $39,800 as the cap cost, I get $496/mo plus tax.

You need to get the CAP cost the dealer used for their quote, and a full breakdown of what the $2000 up front covers. We recommend you pay only the first payment and DMV costs at signing.

Thanks Michaell! I really appreciate the help! This is what I got back from the dealer regarding cap cost and up front amount:

"Cap Cost is $44,800 which is $4125 off the MSRP of the car build you sent me. The $2000 due at signing goes towards cap reduction since the $5000 in rebates is enough to cover your drive off costs. You can do $0 due at signing but you'll need to add roughly $60 to the monthly payments quoted."

Is this is a decent deal to you? Also, would going with $2000 option be better since I assume it would save a few bucks on the monthly CA tax?

I'd ask for the breakdown of the drive off costs, if they total $5000

It's a big financial commitment to not know every last detail of the deal.

I'd skip the $2000 drive off, and limit the out of pocket to just the first payment and DMV costs.

OK, that helps greatly.

They are asking for so much from you to make the payment seem smaller. But, it doesn't change the total cost of the lease.

Again, I'd recommend you pay only the license costs (DMV) and the first payment out of pocket - add the other fees and such to the monthly payment.

Thanks for the info. My current de Lear’s hip sent me an early upgrade offer (5mos early) with $11,084 worth of incentives ($4750 BMW Loyalty Credit And $6334 BMW Preferred Customer Bonus). My question is are all these incentives gonna be deducted from the MSRP or do I still need to negotiate the Selling price then apply said incentives? Total 11K Incentives seemed to good to be true. Thanks again.

I suspect the Preferred Customer Bonus is the dealer discount from MSRP.

What's the old saying? If something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
