    Hello again! Not sure if this is the right place for this post, but I am interested in possibly leasing a 2019 Subaru Forester. Because of how much I drive, I need a 15K/yr lease. The Subaru Forester has a limited warranty of 3 years or 36,000 miles. That means the warranty would not cover my lease period. I've leased a few cars before, and they have always had warranties that covered my lease. So my question is, when negotiating the car sale, is it possible to get from the dealer a concession to extend the warranty to 3 yrs/45,000 miles? Is this ever done? And if it is done, does it usually only cover any service work done at that dealership? (Meaning if I get a great deal at Subaru Dealer XYZ 90 mins away, any extended warranty would be a local Dealer XYZ offering and not valid at the other Subaru dealers in my vicinity). Do most people who need the 15K/yr just not end up usually choosing to lease something like a Subaru? I've never come across this before, and first looking at the Ford Escape and now the Subaru Forester it has thrown a monkey wrench in my plans. I mean, I could just suck it up and hope everything goes well, but to me one of the joys of leasing is the rare trips to service departments. Thanks for your help, and if you think this is better posted elsewhere, please advise.

    Can you please provide the MF/RV on a 2019 forester limited @ 12/36 in 15005

    If it is based off of location of the sale it would be Pittsburgh PA.

    I don't think a Forester (or any Subaru), is going to turn into a pile of junk when the odometer crosses 36,000 miles.

    Is there a risk? Sure. But, I don't think it's a big one. Lots of folks lease for 15,000 miles a year, and don't have any problems with warranty issues.

    Just leased a 2019 Forester Limited (MSRP 34.6) for $375/month including 9.5 LA tax...true zero drive off (sign and drive), 36/12K...also added three years of Starlink for another $75 which is included (allows me to lock remotely and turn on car to cool down/heat up, and more!). Had $500 Subaru loyalty coupon, fwiw.

    Probably not rock bottom, but I like the salesperson and dealership...in and out in less than 60 minutes, no haggling.
