Happy new year and good morning. I am currently working with a dealership to lease a 2019 Forester Premium. Msrp is $29,687. Selling price is $28,2xx. They started the MF at .00165 but I got it down to .00115. The residual is 62%. They would not let me keep the piece of paper with the specifics so I apologize for missing a few little numbers. But for a 39 month lease, 10,000 miles a year, with $0 down but paying the taxes, bank fee, first payment, dmv all of out pocket (Around $2,500) the monthly payment is $318. Zip code I live in is 11756. Any help on if this is a good deal or not would be greatly appreciated. This is my first time leasing. If I can provide any other information please let me know. Thank you for your help.

I don't track pricing, so can't tell you if $1500 off MSRP is good, or not.

If I add those items to the sale price, I get $417/mo. with 1st payment due at signing.

I'd guess $500-$700 more in charges (ask for the adjusted CAP cost), and the money factor marked up the maximum to .00185 (ask for the money factor used).
