    They aren't documented publicly, and we confirm the information provided is accurate.

    Dealer is likely marking up the MF for extra profit.

    Tell them you won't sign a deal unless you get the base MF, and you'll find another dealer if they refuse.

    @Michaell - thanks to your info I got this loaded XT4 Sport FWD (sticker was $54,000) for $580/month, $2k at signing, 48 months, 10k miles / year.

    GM does offer a one-pay discount for the MF; .00073 for leases longer than 28 months.

    However, for any lease, there is generally a minimum MF that must be used - it' can't be 0 or a negative number.

    We've seen .00001 or .00005 from other brands; don't know what GM uses as it's minimum.

    The XT4 money factors are already so low, it wouldn't be worth paying it upfront, even if the money factor were ZERO. At current levels, the finance portion of the lease payment is only about $10/mo, at most.
