    Hi! I got a quote on the 2019 RR Evoque SE today - it is in the loaner program currently, so used with 3310 Miles. The MSRP is $51,522, but they’ve adjusted the price down to $45,435. They quoted a monthly lease payment with zero down of $668 for 39/7.5k. They said they used a 59% residual, and if that’s true I’ve calculated a MF of about .00255. This seems very high to me - what are the RV, MF, and incentives I should be looking for for 39/10? Zip code 22314.

    I'd confirm the trim, term and mileage, as the dealer cannot alter the residual value.

    The MF markup, however, is pretty typical for LR dealers.

    It is the base rate from Land Rover Financial (aka Chase bank)
    The rate is set by Land Rover and the bank.

    I would guess your calculations are wrong, as the maximum allowed dealer markup to the money factor is .00100. (for a total of .00112)

    It's possible that the residual has been adjusted downward from 59%, to account for the 3300 miles.

    And what about the 2019 Evoque SE Premium for the below zipcodes?

    A) zipcode 20817

    B) zipcode 22182

    I went to Rosenthal Land Rover in 22182 today and they gave me a MF of .00051 for a new 2019 Evoque SE Premium, so I was a little confused. They did however provide $1500 lease credit, which was nice, but the numbers still didn't quite match what I was expecting based on my Leasehackr calculations:
