New 2019 BMW 230i convertible. This doesn't seem like a very good deal, but I have never leased before so wanted to check with someone familiar with leasing terms/discounts for advice. Zipcode is 32608. Credit score is over 800, so should qualify for the best rate. I can't tell from this what the residual is they are offering or the mf. On the phone they stated 53% residual and mf of .00128 to .00168.

That is terrible.
