Here is the deal I got on a 36/10 lease:

Monthly $309
1st monthly payment made by Subaru Lease Loyalty program
Drive off fees $1368

The dealer would not budge on their $299 VIN Etching charge, but since the negotiated price was even lower than VIP pricing, I didn't push as hard as I should have
