Weird wording for residual values. Looks like both numbers have $500 added. Maybe, that is a purchase option fee, if you want to buy it... shewww.

On the Reserve, you would have to add $4250 to the selling price, for an adjusted CAP of about $44,850 to get to that payment.

$590 first payment
$650 acquisition fee
$330 doc/DMV fees
$1600 tax (?)

That still leaves us about $1000 short. I'll guess a marked up APR.

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and an itemization of how they came up with it.
Also, ask for the APR used.

The selling price looks okay.... it's what they do after that, that you should worry about.

I can see that the terms are better on a 36 month lease, but with the three extra payments at 39 months instead, do you feel that may be a better value overall? Thankfully, we'll be well within the bumper to bumper warranty at 48 months and 50K miles. Our maintenance needs should be minimal too. I would appreciate any input you may have.

The longer term only saves $5-$10 per month. But, you aren't driving much, so it isn't likely you'll wear anything out in the extra 3 months. How much is your annual registration? If it's $500-$600 or so, and they don't pro-rate it, then the extra 3 months gets expensive.

I'll guess the car isn't used, but a demo or service loaner, as those are the new car lease parameters.
The residual is probably reduced some from that 51% number, to account for the existing miles, but I'm not sure of Lincoln's method for that calculation.

The payment looks good, relative to MSRP, though.
That's a cheap way to drive a Lincoln!
