I'm in the market of 2019 E300 4Matic. My zip code is 01852, MA.
May I get to know the MF,RV,and any incentives of my area?
There are only a few new 2019 in MA, but almost with fully loaded which I do not really need. Current I only have an offer from a local dealer, it's a loaner car with mileage 8000 miles

Residual is a decimal value to account for the existing miles.
Do you know what MF the dealer is using for that quote? Could be they are marking it up from the base rate, before applying the MSDs.
