Hey there - could I get June Tier 1 MF, incentives, cash, and residual for a UX 250H & RX 350
in 43065? 36/12k.

    $3500 lease cash

    RX

    $1000 lease cash

    Is the lease cash straight from Lexus as lease cash?
    Is there also another $1,000 loyalty cash available?
    What is the Cap Taxes? That's a big number.

    Yes, the $1000 lease cash is listed as a rebate.
    Capped taxes is the total tax for the lease term. 7% on the sum of payments, plus rebates. Seems about right.

    The biggest problem is that tiny discount ($2000)

    agreed, I asked for $4450 discount plus $2000 (lease & Loyalty cash). They said no way!
    What do you think of the ask?
