  Dealers cannot alter the residual value. If the value is different, then there is a difference in term, mileage or trim.
  
  Money factors are marked up for extra profit.
  
  No incentives means there are no special incentives from Audi, either to the dealer or the customer.

  It's likely that one of the dealers is quoting a 42 month term, rather than 36 months
  It is up to you to further communication, to see why the residual doesn't match.
