    Fees: ~$2723 (rolled into payment)

    Tax: 7% (paid monthly in payment)
    MONTHLY: $550/mo (sign and drive)

    Does this seem like a good deal? This is as low as the finance guy will go and he said he'll "have to ask the dealer owner before he can do this deal."

    The deal changed. It ended up being $555/mo tax in with first plus tag at signing. They threw in some tint to make up the $216 difference from $549 that I wanted. First and tag also kinda throw off the pure deal too, but they wouldn’t budge on that ~$1000. Plus apparently they were always at $549+tax, which I guess I didn’t catch originally that it was not tax in. How did I do?!

    I feel like I left about $1K on the table. I also paid $1K for excess wear and tear, which seems a bit expensive (only paid $600 on the previous Lexus); they definitely made up some of the "loss" on that, but whatever.. little piece of mind. Wife is happy, that's the most important part.
