    We don't have the lease programs for the 2021 Kona EV, this month. I think there is a stop order on them, due to a recall.

    You need the adjusted CAP cost and the amount Due at Signing.

    Once you have those numbers, any discrepancy will become clear.
    It isn't likely that a GM dealer is marking up the money factor (but, it could happen)
