    Trying to do the same deal as Michael of 707+tax on a 2021 TWO row in Nashville. Pearl White with black. They have one on the lot. They quoted well into the 850 range and would not really abide by the terms of the deal. Also tried to apply multiple MSD's into the deal. Guy was clueless and confused a MF of .0009 as the interest rate which is basically 2.15 and putting MSD's into the deal wouldn't make a diffreence in the payment since the rate was so low. REALLY - if you put max into the deal it does - a lot. With tax I should be paying around 700 with less cap reduction.

    @StimKimber1823 google "lexus lx570 lease $709" and it should take you to the factory lease program, my guy acted stupid at first and when i emailed it to him he said ok but it needed to get mgmt approval, which of course is bs. They're offering 10,000k off msrp , not sure what the mf is. also the 10k could be a regional deal and nashville isnt included. may have to go out of state to get it

    No, Atlanta dealer contacted me and verified the deal - also said I could put up to 9 security deposits to reduce the base lease rate with 3999 down to about 613 + tax. Residuals are SUPER high at 67% - the MF dropped to almost 0% int vs 2.13% doing it this way. So basically all in less dealer fees the payment could be as low as 680 per month. I may pass on it though - 4K down is very steep and moving that out of the lease drives the payment way up to almost 800 per month. I'm paying all in no down on a GX460 with tax $500 per month. Gave them 9 sec deposits which I get back 5600. You do get $1000 back as a lease credit on your first months payment - that isn't bad. Also could save on the lease disposition fee

    Don't get me wrong its a good deal but I hate paying money upfront to lower payments. Paying 800 per month is almost 12K more over the cost of lease which is basically lighting money on fire to drive a car for three years.
