2022 Acura MDX Lease Deals and Prices

Hi, my current lease is ending in February and I am looking for getting a new 2022 MDX. My local dealership in MD has a couple of vehicles, but I'd like to know what the current deals are (i.e. MF, RV etc.) for 2022 MDX before going there. This forum helped me a lot twice in the past to get great lease deals but I couldn't find any info on this or any other forums for 2022 model. Any ideas?

    We don't yet have any numbers for the 2022 MDX; perhaps in February, when the new programs are released....

    Nice. So far no dealers in Miami have the 2022 mdx yet. My 2017 QX60 lease ends next week. 2022 MDX is one of my options. Lately all the nice SUV's are extremely high lease payments.

    I was told that they cannot sell this car until tomorrow. So the dealers may not have the pricing information yet.

    Current Acura programs run through the end of February, but it wouldn't surprise me to see some changes tomorrow to accommodate the 2022 MDX.

    Hello, Got an offer from a local dealer on a 2022 Acura MDX w/ SH-AWD and the Technology package - $55,125 MSRP.

    $603 per month on a 36-month lease with 12k miles per year, with only the first month at signing. Taxes based on 28223. Is this a good deal?

    For an MDX Advance in SW Florida, I was just quoted a MF of .00152 and 61% residual for 36 months at 15k miles. 12k miles brings the residual to 63%. Does that match your end?

    That sounds like a great deal! You must have got a very low MF, as with the .00152 MF and RV of 63% the monthly payment comes to around $740

    Just got 2022 AWD Tech Liquid Carbon for .00112 MF and 65% RV and $0 down for 7500 miles / 36m yesterday. The MSRP was $55,125 but negotiated the price down to $52,700 (includes the destination fee). The RV for 10k and 12k was 64% and 63% respectively. Dealer said they gave me an extraordinary deal nobody in the region had got. :)

    Paid only the first month payment at signing. Monthly payment is $667 and is calculated with the 6% state tax (~$3200).

    36-15 Aspec & Base 62%
    36-15 Tech & Advance 61%

    36 month term diff mileage
    12k+2%
    10k+3%
    7.5k+4%

    A well respected broker on another well known forum is showing 515 + TTL for Tech on 36/10. So other forums other deals, brand new car. I think 603 with first month due at signing for 36/12 is relatively decent right now. With only the 1k loyalty

    What am I doing wrong with the calculator? I used the Tech MSRP of $55,125, RV 64%, MF 0.00112, $1000 incentive. But the calculator says pre tax monthly is around $625. How is it off by almost $100/mo from what the broker offers? Did I use the calculator wrong?

    $3000 off MSRP would account for the $100/mo difference.

    While everyone is obsessed with MF and RV, I thought I’d ask a different question:) What is attracting everyone to MDX? All-new? Reliability? Loyalty? Price and value? I had a ‘15 and now an ‘18 lease that’s expiring this summer. Part of me wants to get ‘22 but I’m also a bit bored of MDX (though all-new is attractive). Maybe this is not even the correct forum for the question but how are people thinking of MDX in comparison to the X5, Range Rover/Discovery etc? I know people will say not even a comparison but wanted to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
