    Hi please tell me if this is a good deal for a 3 yr, 12K miles/yr lease:
    Lexus 2021 RX 350L Luxury Model : Total MSRP $64,205
    Negotiated Prices (with lexus rebate) : $61,000
    RV : 57% MF : .0006
    Down Payment : 3000
    Monthly payment : $700 (including tax and everything).

    Is this a decent deal?

    I live in Atlanta but I am buying the car from a Nashville dealer. Yes, $3000 is the amount due at signing. If I exclude the taxes, the payment will be $656/mo.

    $1500 lease cash

    The money factor is marked up, and the if the $3200 discount includes the $1500 rebate, then that is puny.
