    Do these numbers seem accurate to you? I'm coming up with something different and want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

    It is in MD:

    Sales Price: 46000
    Fees: 895 acquisition, 799 (tax, tag and processing)

    Hey-just wanted to thank you for all the info. I ended up purchasing the vehicle with the 0% 72 months rather than the lease because the numbers seemed more attractive. 2020 A5 Premium Plus Sportback (MSRP 53k. Sales price: 44k plus taxes and fees).

    Why assume what MF the dealer is using? Simply ask them.

    Yes, AC adds 1% to the residual.

    If I use your prices, the base MF and 50% RV, I get $722/mo before tax. 7% tax (I assume) makes it $772/mo.

    So, either the MF is marked up or the adjusted cap cost is different than the Balance.
