    How’s this deal for zip 91945?
    2021 RX350 F sport, fully loaded (triple beam headlights, ML sound) Ultra White on Circuit with an MSRP of $62480; 1k down MF 0.00030 with a residual of $35,613.60. Monthly of $709. Seems like I’m getting the RX for sticker out the door; doesn’t seem like a great deal to me, am I wrong? Rep states 9% off MSRP; could this be a better deal? 36mo/10k

    Ask the dealer for a screen shot of their lease worksheet; that should answer any questions whether you are getting a discount or not.

    Could you please confirm if the numbers on this quote add up?
    Dealer confirmed MF is 0.0001; RV 55% (36/12k).
    I have about $2100 in equity on my current vehicle that would go into the deal (it's included in their quote).

    Running those numbers I'm getting $618/month.

    The EWU ($875) refers to excessive wear and tear protection which I will ask to remove later on, but for the current purpose I kept it there just to see if numbers matched.

    First... the quote says it is a 350L?

    If so, .00010 MF and 55% residual
    $2500 lease cash

    Your discount is very small (3%)
    Also, effectively reduced by $687 for a doc fee
    And, $2100 of equity put towards the lease.

    The payment looks about right, but it isn't a great deal. The only thing that halfway saves is, is Lexus putting $3750 towards the deal.
