    Ok, may I ask why y’all aren’t privy to that info and Does Toyota not release that info for the Southeast region? I’m trying to negotiate the best lease possible and don’t know where to start ( besides reducing cap cost lol ). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much

    Southeast region uses a different bank. We don't have access to all of their information

    So Gulf States is offering a lease special of a new 2021 base 4runner msrp $37719 for 27/12 @ $319 per month with $2999 at signing that includes most cost. I will attach disclaimer. Do y’all think this is a good deal and is there any advice on getting one with $39,995 msrp?

    The extra $2K on the MSRP (compared to the mythical ad vehicle) will likely add about $60/mo to the payment, assuming all else is the same (discount from sticker, mainly).

    $2600 cap reduction adds about $100/mo to the payment, so really the ad is $419/mo for 27 months.

    Thanks for the quick response. So is that a decent deal ( considering southeastern numbers aren’t provided to y’all) ? Do you think I can negotiate any off MSRP or get one under 400$? I realize that Toyota’s sell you easy just didn’t know if this is possible. This would be my first lease so forgive the elementary questions lol

    It is an average deal.

    For a unit that is $2000 MSRP higher, the payment should go up about $25-$30 per month (as long as it is still an SR5 model)

    Also, that doesn't included dealer fees, DMV fees or sales tax.
    Realistically, about $520/mo. for 27 months, with just first payment Due at Signing. (for the $40K MSRP model)

    But, why wouldn't you just shop a local dealer in Florida, to see if they can match that?

    Do you think 7% off MSRP is doable ? I’ve seen some sweet deals on this forum and hope to get one myself. I know I can apply $500 military credit as well, so that will help. I’ve looked some in Florida but MS and LA are just a couple of hours away and they have the trail editor which I’ve found for 39k with a original MSRP of 42k. Just hoping I can get it a lil further down if I expand my search and look elsewhere. Thanks for all yalls help
