Are the RVs quoted here the base value, or the value adjusted for lower mileage leases? We noted from the GM Financial manual that for example, a 36/10 lease would include a 3% increase for folks with FICOs above 620. Thx!

The way I see it, even if you find a 2020 Premier it is more expensive due to much lower RV 47% vs 53% (on a 36/10), much bigger difference than the lease cash difference. Plus, the 2021 MF is lower. Also, I guess one pay doesn't make sense anymore with the MF being so low. Am I seeing all this correctly?

Yes... the residual spread was 3% previously, but the 2020 took a big hit, this month

Thanks! I understand there is also the lease conquest of 1500 and $1,000 DC Fast Charging Incremental Cash Incentive. Are those two incentives in addition, if one qualifies

I don't have much info on those, but yes, they would stack with the other incentives

Question. Why would the dealer give me a money factor of 2.192 for a Premier 36/10? Can I show them this post and ask them why it’s marked up so high?
