    The residuals are likely to be the same, and I'm probably 90% confident of the MF, too.

    But, until they're available to us, I can't say for sure.

    Good morning, a dealer responded that the residual for 2021 Venza XLE for my zip of 53022 is 57% when I thought it was 65% when I confirmed on this forum. Is the 65% the TFS set residual? Perhaps they are using a different bank. Can the dealer set their own residual rate? Thanks for your help.

    57% is correct for 36/15

    65% is for the 24 month term

    Random question... Yesterday, the lease calculator had defaulted to the 59% RV for the XLE trim as you have mentioned. Today, it is defaulting to 63% RV for the same XLE trim (2022).

    I'm assuming this may be just an error on the calculator or is it possible that the RV can change in the same month?

    This is the 2021 model discussion. I think your discrepancy is using two different model years.
