    The dealer was first telling me 4.54%, now they lowered it to 3.54%. I know we qualify for tier 1, is there any other reason the rate would be higher? Thanks again.

    Thanks for the quick reply. Is 12k the lowest Mileage they offer? I noticed in some other posts that they only give 1 or 2 percent for 10k vs 12k.... Our last lease was a Lexus 7,500 and we came in under so we don't really need it.
