    Question: when you request a percentage off MSRP when attempting to start a lease agreement, is it based on MSRP only, or are you basing it off the total price including any packages and add-ons? Example: factory window sticker on dealer website for a 2022 Camry LE AWD shows MSRP 27,245 and a total after package and feature add-ons of 30,458

    Also, what is "dealer adjustment" price that some dealers add in??

    The residual is a percentage of the MSRP on the window sticker, including all factory options and destination. Dealer options or markup is not included. "dealer adjustment" is just the dealer raising the price.
