    I am a newbie. A dealer is offering $5,500 down and $630/mo/36mo. The residual is $23,000.

    $49,750 ProS AWD
    $8,250 rebates
    $1,347.00 destination and fees
    $1,055 Tax

    Does it seem like a lot? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

    Just the $5500 cash from you? Or, $5500 down plus first payment, taxes and fees?
    How many miles per year?

    Is the $49,750 the MSRP or the selling price? We will need both to help.
