    My dealer is buying my car out at end of lease and giving me $10,000 to apply to a new purchase of an X7. Does the $350 disposition fee on the lease apply in this case? The lease is through BMW. Thanks.

    I am in the market to lease the 2023 BMW X7. I was just quoted the following deal from the dealer:

    XDrive40i with Executive Package and parking assistance package
    Lease term: 36 month
    Miles: 12k per year
    MSRP: 88,445
    “$0 down”
    $1,662 per month
    Lake Bluff, IL

    Is this a good deal? I am interested in anyones thoughts.

    Max markup is .00040. Do you have top tier credit? If not, the base MF may be higher than what we gave you.

    Hi, when you say Max markup is .00040. What that means. I have tier1+. Also could you give me numbers for 2023 x7 m60i residual/mf 36/7.5k 77386 .

    The base MF for tier 1+ is .00190. The dealer can increase that to .00230 for extra profit.
