And the reason I looked for the clarification is that a for zip code 78130, for SEL FWD 36/12 the residual is 70%, in my zip code 77433 (still Texas) but for 36/15 the residual is 65%. I am wondering if the residual for 36/12 in 77433 will be the same (70%) of in between (68%).
I apologize for asking again, but unless I missed something, I didn't find your answer. Thanks for all the work!

Also, my current 2021 Palisade Calligraphy has a buyout option of $30,000 and dealer is giving me $37,500 for trade-in value. This would equate to a residual value of almost 75% based upon my original MSRP of $50,050. Why wouldn't a dealer be open to negotiating a lease on a new 2024 Palisade at a residual value that's higher than some of the residual values I'm seeing posted here? Seems like my current 75% value should make my case for a higher number - at least in the 65%-70% range.

Dealers can't alter the residual. That comes from the leasing bank.
