    I locked in at the lease price last night. (Did not sign any papers yet). Dealer said new rates came out today. If they were better he could change it.

    Now it is this. .00223 MF and 63% residual. Is that more in my favor? Sorry for all the questions but this is my first lease.

    It's possible that with a lack of US credit history, you'll need a down payment, to get the lease approved. But, I'm not a credit expert, so take that with a grain of salt.
