Based on the current lease cash, MF and Residual %, do I have anymore room for negotiation or is this a solid deal?

24/12: .00269 MF and 75% residual. $1750 lease cash 36/12: .00287 MF and 67% residual. $1900 lease cash
What is the selling price? Adjusted CAP cost?
If you have them quote with just first payment Due at Signing, you'll likely find out that the 36 month term is a lower cost.
Adjusted cap cost was shared at $40,850 but not sure on the actual sales price.
Are you saying instead of 3k down just offer first payment sign and drive and payment should be lower on 36/12?

It will be lower, relative to the 24 month payment with the same stipulation. Putting larger amounts upfront will skew the payment in favor of the 24 month term, but in total cost per month (upfront money, plus payments, divided by the term), the 24 month is almost always more expensive.
Maybe not by a lot, on this model and lease terms. $25-$35 per month.
Is $3000 the full amount Due at Signing? Or is it $3000 + 1st payment + fees, etc.?
I get $470/mo for the 24 month term with that MSRP and adjusted CAP you provided. The 36 month payment would be a little higher, though that's skewed by the extra $3000 upfront
$3000 = $125/mo amortized over 24 months $3000 = $83/mo amortized over 36 months
