    I'd still ask them for the adjusted cap cost, and an explanation of how they arrived at that number from the $62K selling price.

    The adjusted cap cost is the selling price plus any taxes and fees that you are not paying up front. It's a great place for the dealer to hide extra charges, and get you to focus solely on the payment. If we have these numbers, then we can better understand how they arrived at the payment quote they've given you.
