So do you suspect that the .00214% MF and/or 60% RV would be tweaked if the 3k bonus was applied?
The residual won't change, but yeah, the MF could rise dramatically, and the dealer probably loses their $1000 cash from VW, so it would also impact your negotiated price.

No, those have "special" programs, as well. They just may not be the advertised trim.
