Related question: is HMF doing a one-pay lease on the Kona Electric? Local dealer contact said they aren't. He also was quoting me the full marked up 0.00370 MF on an SEL fwiw even after I called him out on it.

All Hyundai EVs have a .00090 discount on the MF for a one-pay lease.

12K/yr is the lowest allowance for 24 months I'm sure they'll write it for 10K if you want, but no point, since it doesn't change the residual.

I'm seeing the 1K and the sales person told me the $1k is on SEL only but I have seen the SE included in that another dealership. Also it will say on select models.

But, I only see the $1000 lease cash on the 36 month term. I don't see it on the SE, at all.

Updating as I found a dealer willing to play ball fairly:
2024 Kona Electric SEL, 24/12 as a one-pay. $300 off MSRP. No doc fee, no accessories (which is super key!). $7500 Hyundai lease cash to reduce the cap cost, but keeping the CO credit outside of the deal (claimed at tax time) because otherwise net cap cost would have been under RV. MF and residual precisely as the HMF incentives as above, with the one-pay discount that some shady dealers try to swallow!
With Denver taxes this should be $1,539 net for the one-pay, with the caveat that I thus have to float the $5,000 CO credit's value from sale time until tax refund time. For that deal I'll do that, sure.
(That said, the negotiations were on a vehicle that sold out under me last night to someone in person in the dealership. But now I have a reservation with this fair-playing dealer for their June allocation, which will clearly use the June HMF numbers when those come out.)

OK, since I live in Denver, I had to run the numbers for your quote. The MSRP for the Kona EV SEL is $36,675 - $300 discount off that.
No dealer fees at Schomp (we've bought two MINIs from them), but there is a $650 acquisition fee - was this paid up front or rolled into the payment?
.00240 MF and 77% are the terms. If I subtract the $7500 incentive (and add in the acquisition fee to the cap cost), I get a pre-tax payment of $192.19/mo. Add 8% tax (guess on my part) and the payment goes to $207.56/mo.
Which makes the one-pay amount just under $5000. I'm not sure how you get $1500 and change, unless I've misinterpreted something.
Would love for you to provide further information to help me reconcile the difference. I had a friend who leased a Nissan Leaf from the dealer on Arapahoe Rd. for $99/mo a few years back.
