EVs in general are not selling, and I suspect that those priced above $100K are doing even worse.

Yes, it's different and terrible.
Makes sense, thank you. Was quoted 100 basis points on MF over the standard 3X so figured as much.
Update: per my previous request in this thread - info provided was that the going rates on a 24 month 10k mile lease were 0.00397 money factor and 75% residual. That is the base rate GM Fiancial is also adding an additional $7500 to the residual to get it up to approximately 82% which helps to bring down the lease payment but artificially increasing the residual value at the end of the lease term making it not worth a buy out.
The final deal I took had the MF at 0.004375- I agreed to let the dealer have 1 point on the lease.
I had another deal on the table with an out of state dealer who does not do many leases. I was getting the unmarked up rate of 0.00397. It was probably the best deal but they didn’t have the truck yet and was much farther away for me to travel and then drive it back home, stopping etc. so I opted to pay a little more for right here right now and convenience

Are you familiar with the “built in” federal credit? In a previous post someone mentioned that it increased the residual. Also, on Edmund’s lease calculator has a residual around 82 for the same terms. Any input?
