    Onyx XT - .00222 MF and 64% residual
    Thanks for those numbers. My local dealer is only willing to do a .00272 MF, so I will need to see if they will come down. Assuming they do - I came up with the figures below as a starting point. The purchase price of $37012 is based on the Costco Auto purchase program.

    Here is the initial deal the dealership offered: With a total of $611.85 Due at Delivery your New Payment would be $505.76 Money Factor of .00272 Residual Value of $26,539.00

    Here are the figures I calculated:


    Am I overlooking anything here?

    Is it unreasonable to ask the dealer to use 0.00222 for the money factor if I am also using the Costco purchase program or VIP pricing? The sales manager is indicating 0.00272 is the lowest they can go.

    Definitely not unreasonable to ask. Doesn't mean you'll get it. You might have to shop more than one dealer.
