    I believe you are correct about the 450+ being RWD, but we get requests both ways...

    No... but, the dealer cash is from Mercedes to the dealer. That will be part of the discount you negotiate. It isn't a consumer rebate

    Negotiate your best price knowing the dealer will get the dealer cash from the bank - in other words, think of MSRP as MSRP less the dealer cash amount, and negotiate down from there.

    I'd ask for a breakdown of the "taxes and fees" - the monthly payment is taxed in CA, and the tax on the incentive would be less than $1000.

    The Phantom and Perma Plate are profit centers for the dealer.

    But, huge discount and a decent payment may make up for that, with only $2500 to start.
