    Hello I am looking to lease a Lexus ES I have never leased before. I was looking for a 2024 but they are only sending me 2025 models I have 2 vehicles I am looking at that I would like to know the Money factor and the residual value and any incentives that can be applied please.

    Looking to lease either one of two Lexus ES 300 Hybrid:

    #1) ES 300 H base model $47-49K
    #2) ES 300 H Luxury model $55-58K

    One offer I saw on the Luxury Model from Crown Lexus out here was $672/mo. 36 months 10k annual mileage, $7820 due at signing (no security deposit??) What does the $7820 consists of besides tax & license & first month or even two due?
